TUESDAY, JUNE 26

Man Exposes Himself to Residents

Residents told police that a man exposed himself to them around 6:20 p.m. near the intersection of President Street and Pershing Avenue. According to the police report the man had brown hair and appeared to be in his late 20s.

Suspended License Arrest

Police arrested and charged Vinton Harris of East Saint Louis with driving on a suspended license and a warrant for driving on a suspended license. Harris, 19, drove a red 1997 Chevy S-10 near the intersection of East Loop Road and Jahns Street around 8 p.m. when police stopped him. He was taken to DuPage County Jail that night.

Speeding 40+ Over

Police charged a California man with driving more than 40 mph over the speed limit. Zunair Aqeel, 32, of Simi Valley, CA, drove a white 2012 Hyundai Sonata near the intersection of Naperville and West Loop roads around 2 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

FRIDAY, JUNE 22

Reckless Driving, Speeding

Police charged a Westmont man with reckless driving and driving more than 40 mph over the speed limit. Trevonta Bolden, 21, drove a white 2007 Dodge Charger near the intersection of Butterfield and West Loop roads around 2 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

THURSDAY, JUNE 21

Two Women Charged with Retail Theft

Police arrested and charged two women with stealing audio equipment from Target, 601 County Farm Rd., last month. Erika Hernandez, 24, of Carol Stream and Cynthia Davalos, 23, of West Chicago were arrested around 9 a.m. at the store, booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day. 

Suspended License

Police charged Elton Garner, 20, of the 1400 block of Dawes Street in Wheaton with driving on a suspended license. Garner drove a green 1999 Chevy Lumina near the intersection of Elm Street and Lorraine Road around 7:30 p.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20

Contempt of Court

Police arrested Erica Abate, 25, of Lombard on a warrant for contempt of court. She was arrested near the intersection of Evergreen and West streets around 12:20 a.m. and taken to DuPage County Jail.

Suspended License, Marijuana

Police charged Robert Perez of Streamwood with driving on a suspended license and a warrant for marijuana possession. Perez, 39, drove a white 1997 Nissan Maxima near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Fapp Circle around 5 p.m. when police stopped him. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
