I am a stay at home mom to 3 rambunctious little boys. I also do graphic design and marketing. After taking a good hard look at my pantry (or what serves as a pantry in an old kitchen) I came to realize that I was feeding my family entirely too much processed junk. As a result, I have been trying to feed my family fewer processed foods.
