Indictments in Meth Bust, Dad's Threatening Messages to Daughter's Coach: Court Watch

Lisle: A grand jury has indicted a Lisle man on telephone harassment and aggravated battery charges stemming from an October incident involving a high school volleyball game. John Kasik is accused of leaving threatening messages for his daughter's volleyball coach at Lisle High School, and later bumping the school's athletic director during a meeting. Kasik is free on $300,000 bail with a scheduled court appearance - at which he will likely be arraigned - on Nov. 19. Routine Traffic Stop Leads to 'Largest Meth Bust' in DuPage County: State's Attorney

Police said a routine traffic stop led officers to uncover nearly $1 million worth of methamphetamine Tuesday.

Police stopped a pickup truck near North Aurora Road and Route 59 about 12:25 p.m. on Tuesday and after noticing several "suspicious indicators," police dispatched a K-9, Sabek, to search the exterior of the vehicle. The search allegedly led officers to find 19 one-pound bags of methamphetamine in the bed of the truck, according to police.  Edgardo Y. Rodriquez-Sanchez, 20, and Jesus A. Is "suspicious indicators" a legal reason to pull a citizen over and detain them? Yes there scumbags, but it does not cite legal reasons for being pulled over. I guess your bound to catch someone when you assume "everyone" is suspicious.
