Battery, Felony Theft, Hit-and-Run: Police Blotter

MONDAY, FEB. 4 Someone stole a media player and $17 from cars in the 1100 block of Grant Street and 2100 block of Aberdeen Court between 10 p.m. Feb. 3 and 6 a.m. Feb. 4. Police said there were break-ins to unlocked cars at four separate homes. Police charged Carlos Russell, 32, of the 1600 block of Trowbridge Court in Wheaton with a warrant for felony theft in Naperville. He was arrested at the intersection of Blanchard Street and Heritage Lakes Drive around 12:25 a.m. and taken to DuPage County Jail. SUNDAY, FEB. 3 Police charged Kyaw Eh, 35, of the 1300 block of North Main Street in Wheaton with a warrant for battery. He was arrested near the intersection of Geneva Road and Main Street around 1:40 a.m. and taken to DuPage County Jail. …
