TUESDAY, JULY 3 Police charged a Glen Ellyn teen with driving on a suspended license around 2:23 p.m. Cara Thompson, 19, drove a black 2004 Dodge Stratus near the intersection of East Loop and Naperville roads when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day. TUESDAY, JUNE 26 Residents told police that a man exposed himself to them around 6:20 p.m. near the intersection of President Street and Pershing Avenue. According to the police report the man had brown hair and appeared to be in his late 20s. MONDAY, JUNE 25 Police arrested and charged Vinton Harris of East Saint Louis with driving on a suspended license and a warrant for driving on a suspended license. Harris, 19, drove a red 1997 Chevy S-10 near the intersection of East Loop Road and Jahns Street around 8 p.m. when police stopped him. He was taken to DuPage County Jail that night. MONDAY, JUNE 11 Police arrested Marnisha Robinson, 23, of Chicago for driving a blue 2002 Chevy Cavalier on a suspended license near the intersection of Beverly Street and Roosevelt Road around 9:30 a.m. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day. SATURDAY, JUNE 2 Police arrested and charged an Elgin man for driving without a license Saturday. Mario Salazar-Juarez, 32, was driving a black 2000 Honda Civic near the intersection of Gary Avenue and Harrison Street around 6:30 a.m. when police stopped him.
