THURSDAY, AUGUST 30 Police said they charged Joannie Lopez, 19, of Warrenville, with driving on a suspended license. Lopez drove a black 1996 Nissan near the intersection of Roosevelt and Schaffner roads around 8:30 a.m. when police stopped her, according to reports. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning, reports said.
