SUNDAY, MAY 19 Police charged Humberto Banuelas, 40, of the 1200 block of Kings Court, West Chicago, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license. Banuelas was driving a white 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander at 2:04 a.m. at Gables and Roosevelt Road when police initiated a traffic stop. Banuelas was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning. Police charged Rory B. Smith, 57, of the 800 block of 72nd Street, Downers Grove, with driving under the influence of alcohol. A female reported that a man exposed himself to her while she was running on the Prairie Path, Wheaton police said. The woman was running northbound on the path about 75 ft. south of Roosevelt Road when she encountered the man. The incident occurred at 12:30 p.m. May 15, according to a police report. "As she got closer the male began waving at her, and she observed that his penis was exposed on the left thigh," the report said. A 49-year-old Wheaton man was recently arrested after an undercover operation connected him to child porn, police said. Randall W. Weeks, was charged with 15 counts of aggravated possession of child pornography. Weeks is currently a court-ordered registered sex offender, according to a Wheaton Police Department news release. Weeks was arrested on May 9 as a result of an undercover operation conducted by Wheaton police detectives, with the assistance of the DuPage County Sexual Predator Electronic Exploitation Division.
