Wheaton police report drug citations, Oct. 7-14.
SUNDAY, OCT. 14 Police issued local ordinance citations of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia to two West Chicago teens. Kaitlin Uplegger, 18, and Andrea Jensen, 19, were cited in the 1100 block of East Roosevelt Road in Wheaton around 11:30 p.m. and released on the scene. Police issued local ordinance citations of possession of drug paraphernalia to Edgar Caucedo, 19, of West Chicago and Jorge Carrasco, 20, of West Chicago. Saucedo, also charged with driving without a license, drove a silver 2004 Saturn Ion near the intersection of County Farm and Roosevelt roads around 1:25 p.m. when police stopped him. WEDNESDAY, OCT. 10 Someone stole a boy’s unsecured mountain bike between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. at Emerson Elementary School, 119 S. Woodlawn St. Someone broke into a home in the 1000 block of Arbor Avenue in Wheaton and stole jewelry between 12:30 and 3 p.m., police said. TUESDAY, OCT. 9 Police said they charged Donada Campbell, 43, of Maywood with driving on a suspended license.
