TUESDAY, OCT. 16 Someone kicked the driver’s side mirror off a white 1996 Dodge Neon near the intersection of Crescent and Garner streets around 10:15 a.m. The car owner told police he found the mirror on the hood of the car and saw a footprint on the mirror and assumed someone kicked it. WEDNESDAY, OCT. 10 Someone stole a boy’s unsecured mountain bike between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. at Emerson Elementary School, 119 S. Woodlawn St. Someone broke into a home in the 1000 block of Arbor Avenue in Wheaton and stole jewelry between 12:30 and 3 p.m., police said. TUESDAY, OCT. 9 Police said they charged Donada Campbell, 43, of Maywood with driving on a suspended license.
