SUNDAY, APRIL 28 Police charged Jasmin T. Austin, 21, of the 100 block of North Central Avenue, Chicago, with driving on a suspended license and unlawful use of a driver's license. Austin drove a black 1995 Nissan Maxima near the intersection of Butterfield Road and Lambert at about 1:10 a.m. when police stopped her.
