WEDNESDAY, MAY 15 Someone took two unsecured mountain bikes from a woman's yard on the 600 block of East Parkway, police said. The incident occurred between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on this day while the bikes were learned against the side of the house. The bikes have a combined value of $520, according to a police report. A female reported that a man exposed himself to her while she was running on the Prairie Path, Wheaton police said. The woman was running northbound on the path about 75 ft. south of Roosevelt Road when she encountered the man. The incident occurred at 12:30 p.m. May 15, according to a police report. "As she got closer the male began waving at her, and she observed that his penis was exposed on the left thigh," the report said. The suspect was described as a black male wearing a navy blue t-shirt. He was sitting on a bicycle just off the Prairie Path during the incident and was not located afterward.
