Skuddlebutts Pizza and Catering of Glen Ellyn and Downers Grove ordered a ton of cheese in preparation for the annual sporting event, when many Americans are expected to chow down. To prepare for the many feasts throughout the area, Skuddlebutts stock piled 40 boxes filled with bricks of cheese all of which weighs approximately 2,000 pounds. "We really have to be ready for anything to come in," said owner Danny Glover. Last year 146 orders came in at the Downers Grove store, 65 of which were deliveries.
