The following are recent developments in notable DuPage County court cases: Downers Grove—A Downers Grove man has pleaded guilty to a burglary charge stemming from 2011 break-ins in Denburn Woods. However, Andrew Walczak's sentence won't be settled until the judge and attorneys in the case learn how Walczak performs during his time in the county's drug court program, according to court documents. Walczak admitted to one count of burglary during a Sept. 5 hearing. He was arrested in July 2011 after a manhunt shut down the neighborhood after a police received a report of a man with a gun, who apparently fled into the woods after trying to break into parked cars.
