MONDAY, NOV. 26 Police charged Sari Yaqub, 23, of Westchester with driving under the influence of alcohol. He drove a white 2005 BMW near the intersection of Carlton Street and Roosevelt Road around 1:40 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning. SUNDAY, NOV. 25 Someone stole a $300 cell phone from a restaurant bathroom in Danada Square East around 1:30 p.m. Police charge Jorge Gomez, 24, of Lombard with driving without a license. He drove a green 1994 Honda Accord near the intersection of Geneva Road and President Street around 10:30 a.m. when police stopped him.
