MONDAY, JAN. 21 Someone damaged $300 light fixtures along a driveway on the 1900 block of Manchester Road between 12:30 p.m. Jan. 20 and 9 a.m. Jan. 21. SUNDAY, JAN. 20 Police charged James Benka, 36, of Downers Grove, with driving with a revoked license. He drove a gray 1996 Toyota Camry near the intersection of Gary Avenue and Geneva Road around 4 p.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day. Police charged Omar Carnalla, 24, of Addison, with driving without a license.
