SUNDAY, MAY 19 Police charged Humberto Banuelas, 40, of the 1200 block of Kings Court, West Chicago, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license. Banuelas was driving a white 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander at 2:04 a.m. at Gables and Roosevelt Road when police initiated a traffic stop. Banuelas was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning. Police charged Rory B. Smith, 57, of the 800 block of 72nd Street, Downers Grove, with driving under the influence of alcohol.
