Wheaton police reports, Sept. 4-17
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17 Police charged Daniel Castro-Villalobos, 20, of Aurora with driving without a license. He drove a blue 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer near the intersection of Butterfield and West Loop roads around 10:20 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day. SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 16 Police issued local ordinance citations related to marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession to Nicholas Kesler, 27, of Batavia. He was cited near the intersection of Madison Avenue and Roosevelt Road around 11:50 p.m. and released on the scene.
