Downtown Wheaton boutique, The Dress by Nicole, celebrates its fourth year in business in Wheaton.

The Dress by Nicole in downtown Wheaton celebrates its fourth year in business today, according to a post on the store's Facebook page. The Dress by Nicole, 131 W. Wesley St., specializes in hard-to-find and up-and-coming designers and quality pieces.  Owner Nicole Kurz handpicks each gown in the collection. The selection includes gowns priced under $1,000 and accessories, including veils, headpieces, shoes, jackets, wraps and jewelry. The store also hosts trunk shows to debut and feature new designers in the store.
