The Wheaton Chamber of Commerce and League of Women's Voters will host a candidate forum for candidates in the District 200, City Council and Wheaton Park District elections Thursday, March 14, at the Wheaton Park District Community Center, 1777 S. Blanchard St., Wheaton. Candidates in contested races will have two minutes each to give opening statements.
