SUNDAY, DEC. 2 Someone scratched a door of a 2004 Honda Element parked in a parking garage at 220 S. A resident in the 200 block of Kellogg Place reported someone damaged her recycling bin between 10 p.m. Dec. 1 and 9 a.m. Dec. 2. Police said the bin looked as if it was placed on the train tracks and hit by a train. The cost of damage is $75. Wheaton College Public Safety reported someone scratched the paint of a 2010 Ford F-150, poured Vaseline on the windshield and tried to glue the door shut around 2 a.m. in the 900 block of College Avenue.
