Car, $3,600 in Clothes Stolen: Police Blotter

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 6 Someone stole a $500 bike locked to a rack at the intersection of Liberty Drive and West Street between 8:15 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5 Someone stole $3,600 in clothes from a store in the 100 block of Town Square Wheaton around 4 p.m. A woman at the store told police she saw four women shoplifting, putting the clothes in their purses before leaving, according to the police report. A man reported someone stole a red 1996 Honda Civic parked in the 2000 block of West Roosevelt Road between 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4 and 7:40 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5.
