The following reports are from the Wheaton Police Department: Car break-in, theft Someone stole a GPS unit from a Pontiac G6 in the 0-100 block of Kensington Circle between 10 p.m. Apr. 25 and 8:3 a.m. Apr. 26. The unit is worth $100, police said. Someone stole $790 in stereo equipment from a blue 1996 Honda Civic in a parking lot in the 2000 block of Roosevelt Road between 4 p.m. Thursday, May 3 and 4 a.m. Friday. Someone stole a cell phone charger, a dispatch radio and a GPS unit from a black Lincoln Towncar in the 600 block of Woodlawn Street between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Thursday, May 3.
