Bricks Pizza to Open Late November or Early December
Bricks Wood Fired Pizza and Cafe will open late this month or early next month at 103 E. Front St. in downtown Wheaton.
Bricks Wood Fired Pizza & Café will open at 103 E. Front St. in downtown Wheaton at the end of November or in the first days of December, owner Bill Wilson said Wednesday. Wilson, who originally planned for a September opening, said he appreciates everyone's patience as they prepare to open. He said after a few issues with the buildout, he hopes the last day of November will be the first day in business at Bricks. The "Bricks" sign is now up at the store, and windows will be installed Friday, Wilson said. Known for its wood fired brick oven pizzas ($9-$11), Bricks serves sandwiches baked in the wood fired oven, including a signature Chicken Pesto ($7), soups, salads, some appetizers and desserts.
