Wheaton police reports, July 17-20
FRIDAY, JULY 20 Police charged a Cresthill woman with driving on a suspended license around 8:20 a.m. Dionne Hubbard, 25, drove a black 1999 Dodge Avenger near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Hale Street when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day. Police charged Chris Chipain of Elmhurst with driving under the influence of alcohol. Chipain, 43, drove a red 1998 Corvette near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Wheaton Avenue around 4 a.m. when police stopped him.
