Man Takes Battery Plea in Store Incidents of Inappropriate Touching
Nicholas Muniz was arrested after reports he inappropriately touched teen girls at Target store in St. Charles. Muniz was also charged with a similar incident reported at the Wheaton store.
Nicholas Muniz of Glen Ellyn has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery charges stemming from his arrest in St. Charles earlier this year. Muniz, 24, admitted to three battery counts during an appearance in Kane County court this week. His plea did not come with an agreement with prosecutors on sentencing. He is scheduled to return to court Dec. 27 for a status hearing, according to prosecutors. Like Wheaton Patch on Facebook.
