SATURDAY, MAY 11 Someone scratched the driver's side rear door of a gray 2003 Acura 3.2 TL while it was parked in a parking lot on the 400 block of East Roosevelt Road. The incident occurred sometime between 6:20 a.m. and 1 p.m. on this day. FRIDAY, MAY 10 Police charged Monique T. Norman, of the 800 block of West Roosevelt Road, with criminal damage to property and battery. Norman was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on her block, according to a police report. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released to her residence later that night. Someone threw a large rock through the back windshield of a silver or aluminum 2000 Volkswagen Passat while it was parked on a driveway on the 800 block of West Roosevelt Road. The incident …

SUNDAY, MARCH 24 Police charged Jackee Suttle, 26, of Chicago with battery and retail theft and Stephanie Geans, 25, of Chicago with assault and retail theft at Studio Movie Grill, 301 Rice Lake Square. They were arrested around 12:20 a.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning. SATURDAY, MARCH 23 Police charged Tameka Glover, 35, of Chicago with driving on a suspended license and with suspended registration. She drove a gray 2000 Pontiac near the intersection of Adare Drive and Roosevelt Road around 7:45 p.m. when police stopped her. TUESDAY, MARCH 19 Someone stole a garbage can from a woman’s driveway in the 1400 block of Prairie Avenue between 8:30 and 11 a.m. The trash can is worth $10, police said. MONDAY, MARCH 18 A man lost his wallet while at DuPage PADS around 6:30 p.m. and later found it in a trash can, missing $120.  Police charged Caitlin Azarela, 18, of the 1500 block of South Prospect Street in Wheaton with felony aggravated battery and obstructing identification. FRIDAY, MARCH 8 Police charged a 14-year-old boy with theft at Wheaton Warrenville South High School. MONDAY, MARCH 4 Police charged a 16-year-old boy with battery at Wheaton Warrenville South High School.  FRIDAY, MARCH 1 Police charged a 12-year-old boy with aggravated assault and unlawful use of a weapon at Franklin Middle School. MONDAY, FEB. 4 Someone stole a media player and $17 from cars in the 1100 block of Grant Street and 2100 block of Aberdeen Court between 10 p.m. Feb. 3 and 6 a.m. Feb. 4. Police said there were break-ins to unlocked cars at four separate homes. Police charged Carlos Russell, 32, of the 1600 block of Trowbridge Court in Wheaton with a warrant for felony theft in Naperville. Case Against Man Accused of Inapproriate Touching in St. Charles Continued

Nicholas E. Muniz of Glen Ellyn faces three counts of battery and disorderly conduct in Kane County and retail theft charges in DuPage County.

The case against a Glen Ellyn man accused of inappropriately touching three teen-aged girls at a St. Charles retail store was continued until later this summer. Attorneys for Nicholas Edward Muniz, 24, briefly appeared before a Kane County judge Thursday morning to request a continuance. Muniz, 290 May Avenue, was charged May 13 with two counts of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct for inappropriate contact with a 16- and 14-year-old girl at Target, 3885 E. Main St, in St. Charles. After reports of the touching incidents on May 11 and 12 were filed, St. Charles officers contacted Target loss prevention officers who reviewed store videos and were able to provide suspect and vehicle information. St. Charles officers set up …

The following items were taken from the Wheaton police blotter: Arrest Police arrested Parker Ryndak of the 0-100 block of Danada Dr, Wheaton, for battery at Wheaton Warrenville South High School Tuesday, Jan. 25. Police arrested John Wiemann of Wheaton for two counts of battery Saturday, Nov. 6.

Police arrested John Wiemann, 48, of the 900 block of Michigan Avenue in Wheaton Saturday, Nov. 6 for two counts of battery. The offense, according to the police report, occurred at 9:07 p.m. at Wiemann's home on Michigan Avenue. The arrest occurred at 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of Crescent and President streets.
