DuPage County Animal Care and Control Blackie Blackie came to DuPage County Animal Care and Control as an owner give up. He is a 12-year-old neutered male, He is vaccinated, microchipped and ready to find a home to spend his golden years. Blackie loves to be pet and especially enjoys belly rubs. He gets along with cats and enjoys playing with other dogs. There are many advantages to owning a low rider pooch…..you never have to worry about them stealing food off the counters and you have a great floor mop!
