I rented a helium tank on two separate occasions and had a bad experience both times. The first time they forgot to give me the nozzle and then refused to bring the nozzle to me so I had to drive back from Taste of Glen Ellyn to pickup the nozzle that they forgot to give me. The second time the tank didn't work properly so more helium went in the air than in the balloon. Their answer-sorry about that.
