From the Wheaton Park District:
The inaugural Wine & Cultural Arts Festival in downtown Wheaton is this weekend in Memorial Park.
Throughout the day on Saturday, Sept. 21, each attendee will be given the chance to vote for their favorite wine. The winning wine will be featured in downtown Wheaton restaurants for the coming year. The event runs from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
While attendees taste wine, they'll have an opportunity to peruse fine art by local artists. Artisans—including painters, sculptors, glass blowers, jewelry designers, and textile artists—will also be demonstrating their work, giving attendees a front-row seat to observe the creative process.
11A-12:30P -- Arden Hooper (Folk Duo)
12:30-2P -- Mehran Jalili (Flamenco Guitarist)
2-4P -- Annalee Hooson (Singer/Guitarist)
