One thing,he mentions that his heart history is great,so why waste money for annual tests for heart.But when he turned 50,he looked for a gastroenterologist to do his Colon Cancer Screening.He believed that waiting for symptoms for Colon Cancer could be too late.Why not get colonoscopy and get polyp/polyps removed that are source of cancer.He knows at 50,he has 1 in 4 chance of having polyp in his colon.
