Cookies for a Cause

Here’s a sweet way to help People’s Resource Center. Bring your family to “Cookies for a Cause,” Saturday, April 12 from 10am – 2pm at First United Methodist Church, 1032 Maple Avenue in Downers Grove. Come anytime and stay as long as you like.

Pastry Chef Julie Stone of Cakes for a Cause will demonstrate techniques using royal icing to decorate like a pro and create cookies that look almost too good to eat!  Then you’ll decorate your own Easter/springtime-themed cookies to take home – or eat on the spot!
