People’s Resource Center (PRC) made it through the busy holiday season thanks to the help of supporters who donated time, money, or toys to our special winter programs.
$20 donations from the community enabled us to provide over 3,300 families with everything they needed for a special Thanksgiving meal (including a grocery gift card worth enough to buy a turkey).
In early December, our Share the Spirit program proceeded without a hitch, thanks to the volunteers who collected, sorted and distributed toys for children who otherwise would go without. Over 800 families received gifts for their family from Share the Spirit due to the generous donations of new toys and gift cards by individuals, churches, schools, and businesses.
