Wheaton Warrenville South Hosts Red Grange Classic 7-on-7 Tournament

The MyMVPs.com Red Grange Classic 7-on-7 tournament features 16 area teams at Wheaton Warrenville South today.

The Wheaton Warrenville South High School football team is hosting the Red Grange Classic 7-on-7 tournament today at .

The Tigers beat Lyons Township 20-13 in pool play at its 9 a.m. game.

Run by iHigh, the tournament features two pools of eight teams, playing games until about 4 p.m. today. Single-elimination tournament play will begin at 4:30, after 16 teams are seeded after pool play. The championship game begins at 7:30 p.m.

Participating teams include Batavia, East Saint Louis, Elk Grove, Glenbard North, Glenbard West, Hinsdale Central, Lincoln Way East, Lyons Township, Maine South, Montini, Naperville Central, Naperville North, New Trier, Rockford Boylan, and Wheaton Warrenville South.
