Winter Bird Walk

The park is officially closed in January but nobody told the birds! Barring a big blizzard or bitter cold, there will be a walk. It's sometimes a challenge to find birds in the dead of winter but that's part of the fun. Some 21 species were found the the January 2011 walk. The walk begins from the Visitors Center and will last 90 minutes to two hours, and some of that time may be spent indoors observing the Cantigny bird feeders.
