Walk Live is NOT a traditional walking program. We don’t walk on a track; we don’t walk around the room. By performing moves such as walking in place, side steps, kicks, and knee lifts, participants get a heart-pumping, calorie-torching aerobic workout, and walk the equivalent of 2 or 3 miles in the process. We use all muscles in the body by incorporating simple arm movements, which help build workout intensity and provide strength training. Each session begins with a warm-up to prepare the body for more intense exercise, and ends with a cool-down to safely bring the heart rate and breathing back to normal.
