Parks Plus Fitness Center, a facility of the Wheaton Park District, starts the year right with Appreciation Days, Saturday, January 7 through Monday, January 9, 2012.
Complimentary group fitness classes and small group personal training sessions will be offered.
During Appreciation Days the Parks Plus facility is also available for those who would like to sample the fitness amenities. Members and non-members can use equipment, choose from 20 group fitness classes, or select from a variety of small group personal training sessions. Kidz Kingdom childcare will be complimentary during regular hours for all Appreciation Fitness Days. Look for the Appreciation class schedule at www.parksplusfitness.com.

Everyone who participates in a complimentary class will be entered in the Appreciation Drawing for a chance to win a two-month membership to Parks Plus Fitness Center, a Winter II Flex Pass, or two months of complimentary child care.
