Cocoa 5K Run/Walk with NEW 8 mile Run Added at Danada Forest Preserve!


Join the autumn color and fun at Dick Pond's Cocoa 5K Run/Walk and 8 mile Run at Danada Forest Preserve in Wheaton, 8 a.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2012. Enjoy the fall colors as you take off trotting, sprinting or walking from the historic thoroughbred race horse exercise track at scenic Danada Forest Preserve. All participants will receive a fleece jacket. Following the 3.1 mile and 8 mile event there will be cocoa, chocolate treats, prizes and awards for five year age groups.
