Police Report 3 DUI Arrests

Police arrested a Winfield man for driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and improper lane usage Friday, Nov. 4. Martin Flanagan, 49, drove a white 2011 Honda Pilot near the intersection of Geneva Road and Glencoe Street around midnight when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Police arrested Jonathan Henry of Bloomingdale for driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, failure to signal and operating an uninsured vehicle Sunday, Nov. 6. Henry, 27, drove a white 2012 Nissan Sentra near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Main Street around 1:20 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Police arrested Erika Ballard, 19, of Naperville for driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and illegal transportation of liquor Friday, Nov. 4. Ballard drove a black 1993 Mercury Capri near the intersection of Chase Street and Roosevelt Road around 2 a.m. when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
