Police Arrest Carol Stream Man for DUI, Suspended License and Speeding

Police arrested a Carol Stream man for drunk driving, driving on a suspended license and speeding on Thursday, Jan. 13. Rick Davila, 45, drove a blue 2003 Honda Civic near the intersection of Pinegrove Court and President Street when police stopped him for speeding. He was arrested at 1:50 a.m. in the 1500 block of President Street, booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
