Expect a new but familiar face at the helm of Wheaton North High School next school year.
Wheaton Warrenville Community Unit School District 200 recently named Matthew Biscan as Wheaton North’s new principal. He takes over during the 2014-15 school year, replacing retiring Principal Jill Bullo on July 1, 2014.
According to a District 200 release, Biscan served five years in Wheaton North’s Dean’s Office, and has been serving for 10 years as the assistant principal of curriculum and technology. He taught science and physical education, and was assistant dean of students at Providence Catholic High School in New Lenox before coming to District 200.
His education includes a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and secondary education from Indiana University–Bloomington, and a Master of Arts in educational administration from Governors State University.
