2:30 PM  Essential Oil Introduction with Helen

2:30 PM  Thai Bodywork –demo with Liz

3:30 PM   Afternoon Participate in a Yoga Demonstration with Liz  Building 900 Conference Roomfollowed by assisted stretching  demonstration
