Human Rights Symposium With Paul Collier

"The Plundered Planet and the Poorest Countries" 
Dr. Paul Collier will deliver a lecture titled "The Plundered Planet and the Poorest Countries," at 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 14.

Dr. Collier is a professor of economics at Oxford University, and director of Oxford's Centre for the Study of African Economies. His lecture serves as the keynote address for a symposium on Development and Human Dignity sponsored by The J. Dennis Hastert Center for Economics, Government and Public Policy at Wheaton College.
