A custom built home in Glen Ellyn sold before it even hit the market, according to the property listing. The home at 256 Van Damin Ave. sold for $950,000. The 3,300 square-foot home has five bedrooms, four full and one half bath. The kitchen included Viking appliances and cherry cabinets, along with a butler’s pantry with a wet bar. The home also features a large backyard deck and a landscaped yard.
