Exteriors are all brick with limestone detailing; the driveways, walkways and private patios are also brick, the landscaping is extensive and three-car tandem garages are available. But there’s one optional feature that has proven popular with every homeowner thus far at Courthouse Square.

“Our rooftop terraces are versatile and to date, every homeowner has chosen this option,” said Mistele. “The rooftop terraces are spacious and average 165 square feet in size. Buyers can opt for a guest suite or the space can be customized into an area for entertaining complete with a wet bar. Each homeowner has created something unique with this space and has commented that they are enjoying and using the space much more than they thought they would.”

Rooftop terraces are not the only feature that homeowners at Courthouse Square customize. Mistele added that buyers can customize their homes.

“Buyers have customized their homes in a variety of ways, from a private elevator that can be installed now or planned for future use, bay windows, custom trim work and cabinetry, to walk-in showers. One relocated their kitchen by moving it to the center from the back of their home,” she said.
