AAA to Open in Former Walgreens Space
Zoning board supports application for a AAA service station at 1790 S. Blanchard St.
AAA plans to open a service station at the former Walgreen's location at 1790 S. Blanchard St. at the corner of Naperville Road and Blanchard Street.
The office would also be an office for travel and insurance sales, according to a city staff memo.
MPV Properties applied for zoning approval with the city earlier this month. The city's planning and zoning board voted 5-0 in favor of the development and will go before City Council for final approval, according to Triblocal.

Triblocal reported the shop could open in the fall of 2013.
