Nominate the Best Real Estate Team in Wheaton

Let us know the best real estate teams in Wheaton so we can put it to a vote to find out which is the 2012 Readers' Choice winner.

Where are the best real estate services in Wheaton?

Patch is ramping up its Readers’ Choice program and we’re asking you, your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers and anyone else who knows about real estate teams in the area to nominate the best spots in Wheaton Patch.

We’ll keep accepting nominations through July 9. After that, nominations will be closed and we’ll start the voting, so make sure to get in your favorites now.

All you need to do to nominate a business is to add it in the comments below. If you already see the business you want to nominate, make sure to add your comment about why it should be included, because we may not be able to add all businesses to our poll and we want to make sure the top ones make it into the poll.

Thanks in advance for your participation.

PS: Sign up for the Wheaton Patch newsletter to find out when voting starts so you can support your favorite institution in the Readers' Choice contest.

Gregg is the best. A true professional who CARES about you and won't be satisfied unless YOU are with all details of the real estate transaction. He's also a fine person who is fun to work with.

TEAM GREGG SLAPAK WINS WITH 97% of THE VOTE! Well...the two month-long nomination and voting process has now come to an end! Special thanks to all who took time to nominate and/or vote for me as "Wheaton's Favorite Realtor for 2012" I very proudly accept your designation and, further, recognize my main competition, Mike LaFido, as not only another fine Wheaton realtor, but as a true and close friend. I look forward, as a Wheaton native and long-time Wheaton-based real estate sales agent to proudly serving your local buying, selling and/or leasing real estate needs. I can easily be contacted directly at my home office in Historic Downtown Wheaton 630.456.4840 and/or through my metro Chicago-linked MLS web site www.TeamSlapak.com. Finally, my friends, when first making contact with me regarding your real estate sales and/or purchasing needs, please take a moment to mention to me that you know that I have earned the Wheaton Patch designation as "Wheaton's Favorite Realtor 2012" and, my friends, you will earn from me $500 at time of closing! When you are ready, I invite you to Put the "Gregg Slapak Dream Team" to work for you, too!~ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QEI7as9qWBY Gregg

I believe this is the weirdest nomination to election by one person (the "winner") I've ever seen before. Creepy way of advertising!!
Sean Johnders October 20, 2012 at 06:10 AM
MK, I agree with you, I have never heard of this guy before. I searched for a real estate office and he doesn't have one. This is an example of the problem with social media, anybody with access to the internet can hide in their parent's basement and type away.
Jim "The Used Car Salesman" McMahon October 20, 2012 at 01:24 PM
Perhaps if you "MK" stopped placing Jeanne Ives signs on your listings (the few that exist) you would be more successful.
MK October 25, 2012 at 11:33 PM
Hey, easy Jim... I voted for you after you visited my humble home!
Wheaton Watcher October 26, 2012 at 01:49 AM
