The City of Wheaton will incur the cost to fix an old pipe that was faulty during last month's heavy rain.

The City of Wheaton will pay a little less than $10,000 to fix an old pipe that contributed to last month's flooding in the Briarcliffe subdivision, according to a Triblocal report
