Project Scope

WPD is preparing for its next round of strategic planning. As part of that process it has been recommended that the opinions and recommendations from key internal and external stakeholders be gathered as they play a primary role in the park districts success. These people are similar to subject matter experts and will have some knowledge of the past and current park district scenarios and will be able to think about future possibilities.
