Family PAC Rates Ives 'Highly Qualified' for State Representative in District 42

Recently, the Family-PAC rated Republican Jeanne Ives as "Highly Qualified" to hold the office of State Representative in the 42nd district.
In the letter to Ives, Family-PAC director, Paul Caprio, stated, “Thank you for attending our recent pro-family candidate interview session at which time Illinois pro-life and pro-family leaders has an opportunity to discuss issues of importance with you. As a result of your interview, your excellent questionnaire, and your public statements, Family-PAC is pleased to rate you as HIGHLY QUALIFIED for the position of State Representative in the March 20th Republican Primary.”
Founded in 1992, Family-PAC has quickly become the leading pro-family, anti-tax political action committee in Illinois. Family-PAC has worked diligently promote pro-family candidates committed to low taxes and limited government in Springfield.
Ives responded, "I am thankful for the Highly Qualified rating by Family-PAC. I am committed to upholding the sanctity of life, protecting the rights of the unborn and ensuring that tax revenues are never used to pay for abortions. Protecting life is a fundamental core value which I will champion as a State Representative 100% of the time."
Wheaton City Councilman, Phil Suess added, “Jeanne Ives has been a fighter for fiscally conservative principles on Wheaton’s city council and has held herself to high standards of integrity and honor in her personal life. As a result conservative groups continue to rally around her.”
Ives has also received endorsements from Elizabeth Roskam, the Naperville Area Chamber PAC, the Illinois Liberty-PAC and the Illinois Citizens for Ethics-PAC.
A mother of five, Jeanne Ives currently serves as a well-respected and active member of the Wheaton City Council and as a Milton Township Precinct Committeewoman. Ives graduated from the United States Military Academy, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
