Save the DuPage Youth Home Meeting

We are a diverse, non-partisan group united in stopping the DuPage County Board from closing the DuPage County Youth Detention Center. We have two immediate opportunities to stop this. On Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 2:30 pm there is a County Board meeting to discuss the budget. On Tuesday, Nov. 22, at 10 am the County Board will vote on the budget. To save the youth of DuPage (about 400 last year) we need to stop the County Board from this senseless move. We're not going to throw away our youth, or an award-winning program. Seven judges, law enforcement, the State's Attorney, the Public Defender and many others  support the DuPage Youth Home.
